python-z3c.ptcompat software package provides Zope-compatible page template engine based on Chameleon, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python-z3c.ptcompat
python-z3c.ptcompat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python-z3c.ptcompat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-z3c.ptcompat *
You will get with python-z3c.ptcompat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
